超净工作台的优点是操作方便自如，比较舒适，工作效率高，预备时间短，开机30分钟以上即可操作，基本上可随时使用。在工厂化生产中，接种工作量很大，需要经常长久地工作时，超净台是很理想的设备。超净工作台由三相电机作鼓风动力，功率145～260W左右，将空气通过由特制的微孔泡沫塑料片层叠合组成的“超级滤清器”后吹送出来，形成连续不断的无尘无菌的超净空气层流，即所谓“高效的特殊空气”，它除去了大于0.3μm的尘埃、**和孢子等等。超净空气的流速为24～30m/min，这已足够防止附近空气可能袭扰而引起的污染，这样的流速也不会妨碍采用酒精灯或本生灯对器械等的灼烧**。工作人员就在这样的无菌条件下操作，保持无菌材料在转移接种过程中不受污染。但是万一操作中途遇到停电，暴露在未过滤空气中的材料便难以幸免污染。这时应迅速结束工作，并在瓶上作出记号，内中的材料如处于增殖阶段，则以后不再用作增殖而转入生根培养。如为一般性生产材料，因极其丰富也可弃去。如处于生根过程，则可留待以后种植用。

超净台电源多采用三相四线制，其中有一零线，连通机器外壳，应接牢在地线上，另外三线都是相线，工作电压是380V。三线接入电路中有一定的顺序，如线头接错了，风机会反转，这时声音正常或稍不正常，超净台正面无风(可用酒精灯火焰观察动静，不宜久试)，应及时切断电源，只要将其中任何两相的线头交换一下位置再接上，就可解决。三相线如只接入两相，或三相中有一相接触**，则机器声音很不正常，应立即切断电源仔细检修，否则会烧毁电机。这些常识应在开始使用超净台时就向工作人员讲解清楚，免除不应造成的事故与损失。

4. 操作及维护规程
4.1操作规程
4.1.1使用工作台时，应提前30分钟开机，同时开启紫外**灯，处理操作区内表面积累的微生物，30分钟后关闭**灯(此时日光灯即开启)，启动风机。
4.1.2对新安装的或长期未使用的工作台，使用前必需对工作台和周围环镜先用超静真空吸尘器或用不产生纤维的工具进行清洁工作，再采用****法或紫外线**法进行**处理。
4.1.3 操作区内不允许存放不必要的物品，保持工作区的洁净气流流型不受干扰。
4.1.4 操作区内尽量避免作用明显扰乱气流流型的动作。
4.1.5 操作区的使用温度不可以超过60℃。
4.2 维护规程及维护方法
4.2.1 根据环境的洁净程度，可定期(一般2～3个月)将粗滤布(涤纶无纺布)拆下清洗或给予更换。
4.2.2 定期(一般为一周)对环境周围进行**工作，同时经常用纱布沾酒精或丙酮等有机溶剂将紫外线**灯表面擦干净，保持表面清洁，否则会影响**效果。
4.2.3 当加大风机电压已不能使风速达到0.32m/s时必须更换高效空气过滤器。
4.2.4 更换过滤器时，可打开顶盖，更换时应注意过滤器上的箭头标志，箭头指向即为层流气流向。
4.2.5 更换高效过滤器后，应用Y09-4型尘埃粒子计数器四周边框密封是否良好，调节风机电压，使操作区平均风速保持在0.32-0.48m/s范围内，再用Y09-4型尘埃粒子计数器检查洁净度
使用管理
1 目的： 维持屏障系统的生物洁净度，保护工作人员的安全，保障机组的正常运转，尽量减少可影响科研成果的各种可变因素。
2 原则： 屏障系统内的超净工作台只能用于建立动物模型的手术、转基因小鼠的日常操作。
3 使用管理：
(1)每次使用超净工作台时，实验人员应先开启超净工作台上的紫外灯，紫外照射30分钟后使用。
(2)开启超净工作台工作电源，关闭紫外灯，并用75%的酒精或0.5%过氧乙酸喷洒擦拭**工作台面。
(3)整个实验过程过程中，实验人员应按照无菌操作规程操作。
(4)实验结束后，用**液擦拭工作台面，关闭工作电源，重新开启紫外灯照射15分钟。
(5)如遇机组发生故障，应立即通知实验动物室，由专业人员检修合格后继续使用。
(6)实验人员应注意保持室内整洁。
(7)超净工作台的滤材每2年更换一次，并作好更换记录。
日常维护
超净工作台是一台较精密的电气设备，对其进行经常性的保养和维护是非常重要的。
先要保持室内的干燥和清洁，潮湿的空气既会使制造材料锈蚀，还会影响电气电路的正常工作，潮湿空气还利于、霉菌的生长。清洁的环境还可延长滤板的使用寿命。

(4)打开房间内排风系统。排除打开笼盒时逸出的有味气体。
(5)检查IVC机组各种表头指针及目视各笼盒内的动物情况，估测IVC运行情况。
(6)记录影响实验动物繁殖、生长、发育的主要环境参数，如温度、相对湿度、日温差、笼盒内外压差等。
2.超净工作台操作使用程序及规范
(1)人员带好一次性口罩、帽子及医用乳胶手套。。
(2)用双手轻轻抬起IVC笼盒外端，沿笼架搁挡向外移出笼盒，放在超净工作台旁的不锈钢小推车上。
(3)用药液喷雾器充分喷洒双手手套外表及IVC笼盒的外面，****并沾粘住表面的尘埃，防止进入超净台时被层流气体吹扬。也可用带手套的双手浸入药液容器中，捞起并拧干药液毛巾，擦干手套外液滴，同时擦一下笼盒的外表。
(4)打开超净工作台移门，把笼盒移入超净工作台。
(5)适当拉下超净工作台移门。打开IVC笼盒盖底之间的紧固扣并打开笼盖。侧卧放在一边。
